Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Data and Analytics product and ensure timeline and quality of it's delivery.
- Leading Development Operations team of technical experts to ensure ongoing and future integrity of Data and Analytics delivery in APAC.
- Align with data transformation, data governance, and data platform teams to ensure that all delivery is in line with central and regional standards.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders on development progress, risk, and timeline. Collaborate with Product Owner to resolve roadblocks to ensure stakeholders satisfaction.
- Initiate and propose new ideas to product owner to drive implementation of data transformation and data analytics product strategy.
- Collaborate with Business Analyst to gather, clarify and estimate timeline of Data Analytics use cases requirement from business teams.
- Incorporate standard operation processes to ensure operability of live data products complied to Service Level Agreement agreed with stakeholders.
Qualification:
- Master in Computer Science, Mathematics, IT or equivalent degree
- Min. 3 years of relevant functional experience
- Exposure to agile ways of working (Scrum, KANBAN, and scaled frameworks like LeSS, SAFe, DA, Scrum Nexus, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in agile software engineering environments is a bonus
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Expert knowledge of Cloud technology (AWS is a plus), Data Analytics, Data Visualization, and Machine Learning
