Job Summary:
The Assoc Director / Senior Manager, Data and Analytics (C&B and HR Operations) will have dual roles in managing both HR data analytics /reporting supporting Compensation and Benefits and Talent programs across APAC region. This role will ensure the effective use of HR platforms to support the Talent Management future direction, providing actionable insights to inform effective workforce planning and data & statistical analysis whilst maintaining high standards of data accuracy and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Coordination and Point of Contact:
- Serve as the regional point of contact for C&B, HR Operations and Talent Management for both APAC and Groupe on Publicis Global programs and platforms
- C&B, Platform and System Management:
- Stay updated with C&B programs and HR platforms best practices and new functions
- Partner with markets on roll-out and updates of global C&B programs and HR platforms and systems within the APAC region
- Work with APAC markets to ensure accurate and timely information availability across all HR platforms aiming for 100% accuracy
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across functions including HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition to gather and interpret requirements and develop metrics, reports and dashboards to support the needs of the business
- Use advanced data analysis to influence changes to operations, processes, policies and programs
- Design and deploy data pipelines and solutions to help business make better people decisions
- Deploy leading analytics techniques to deepen employee engagement and development
- Develop Predictive Analytics based on HR requirement
- Identify data source and information required to perform predictive Analytics
- Identify the relevant tools or system required to ensure consistent review of the analytics
- Design analytical solutions, implement algorithms, and perform experiments to define the next generation HR capability
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in HR analytics, data science and technology and identify opportunities for innovation
- Operational Support:
- Manage all HR reporting for the function i.e. C&B, Operations, Talent Management etc
- Own and optimize existing reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually) as part of the Talent management framework. This will include design sprints, support to business growth areas, and HR reports to inform the HR organization and the business
- Manage regional HR market survey submissions
- Support on the development of HR related tools, playbook and framework
- Manage platform users, and support the team with platform-related issues, in coordination with global support
- Onboarding and Training:
- Provide training to market HR teams on specific analysis and reporting functionalities.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience working with unstructured data to produce meaningful insights and problem-solve business problems.
- Hands-on experience mining and deriving insights from large datasets; adept in using data analytics to draw insights from data and visualization tools for presentation of data to effectively convey meaningful insights
- A strategic mindset that understands the business and how HR can influence better decision making when the data is used to tell a story with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in a global data intensive environment, where HR systems, data management, and report generation are primary functions of your role.
- Effective communication and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with regional, global teams and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality in data analysis and reporting
- Experience with HR Sytems (e.g. SAP) and other HR technology platforms is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Advance proficiency in MS Office, including Powerpoint and superior Excel skills, Tableau and statistical software e.g., Power PBI, SPSS, R, Python, Tableau
- Experience with predictive analytics and data visualization.
- Knowledge of APAC regional HR practices and compliance requirements.
