Responsibilities
To support in Payroll, billing administration and management of contracts
• Processing of Bi-Weekly/Monthly payroll for contractors
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance on payroll and billing matters
• Generate and tally monthly payroll and billing reports (Margin Analysis)
• Ensure all payroll payments are in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Assist new payroll system implementation
• Filing of form IR21 (Tax Clearance) and check IR8A for candidates
• Submitting NS Make-Up Pay claim
• Submitting insurance claim
• Submitting of CPF Refund / Adjustment
• Application for refund on Government Paid Leaves
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma holder, preferably in Accounts or Finance / CAT or LCCI Holder
• Ability to handle high volume of requirements and tight deadlines
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and Payroll Processes
At least 1-3 years of Payroll and HR experience
• Knowledge in Payroll software and proficiency in excel are advantageous.
• High integrity, able to handle confidential information
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong multi-tasking ability; flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
