Responsibilities / 岗位职责:
- Assist with the daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms, including product listings, order management, and customer service.
协助公司电商平台的日常运营,包括产品上架、订单管理、客户服务等工作。 - Prepare, organize, and archive various company files and documents, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
负责公司各类文件和文档的准备、整理和归档,确保数据准确性和及时性。 - Support the execution and follow-up of e-commerce promotional activities and evaluate their effectiveness.
协助团队执行和跟进各类电商推广活动,并评估活动效果。 - Facilitate internal and external communication to ensure timely information delivery and feedback.
协助公司内外部沟通工作,确保信息及时传达和反馈。
Requirements / 岗位要求:
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations; candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
具备电商运作的基本知识,有相关工作经验者优先。 - Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong skills in document management and data processing.
细致负责,具备较强的文档管理和数据处理能力。 - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。 - Proficiency in office software, particularly Word and Excel.
熟练使用办公软件,特别是Word和Excel。 - Open to Singapore citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) only.
仅限新加坡公民或永久居民(PR)。
Salary and Benefits / 薪资待遇:
SGD 3,000 - 5,000, with company benefits and an annual bonus.
