The Company

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing fintech organization with global operations. As we expand our team, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Singapore operations, drive strategic HR initiatives, and provide expert advice on local HR matters.

The Role:

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, working closely with the leadership team to align HR strategies with our business goals. You’ll be a trusted advisor on Singapore’s HR landscape, including labour laws, regulations, and market trends, helping to build a strong and agile workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End HR Management
    Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Strategic HR Partnership
    Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, organizational growth, and a high-performance culture.
  • Local Expertise in Labour Laws
    Provide expert guidance on Singapore employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices, ensuring all HR processes comply with local legislation.
  • Employee Engagement & Development
    Foster a positive workplace culture through initiatives that enhance employee engagement, learning, and career development.
  • Performance & Talent Management
    Support managers in conducting performance reviews, setting development goals, and building a pipeline of talent aligned with business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience7–10 years of HR experience, preferably within a small to medium-sized business or a division in a larger organization.
    Proven experience with the end-to-end HR function, including familiarity with Singapore’s labour laws and HR practices.
  • Skills & AttributesStrong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
    Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
    High level of adaptability and resilience to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
