Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist review sales handover budget to project department with reference to standards in compliance with the company policies, statutory requirements and contract specifications.
- Ensure project life cycle operation within budget and accordance to ISO set out.
- Perform project management duties including:
i. Project schedule preparation for manager approval
ii. Project submission (Documents & Drawing)
iii. Sourcing and raise Material procurement within budget
iv. Variation work quotation preparation for manager approval
v. Assist review on system implementation design from engineering department
- Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works to ensure withing planned schedule including:
i. Installation progress including material procurement & delivery and prepare periodic progress reports
ii. Update of system / drawing on any changes at site
iii. Prepare and attending site inspection. Follow-up for any defect rectification
iv. Testing & commissioning progress
- Ensure project works compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices.
- Attending site meeting and coordination with stakeholders, external parties and customers to plan, organize, and other related activities for the assigned projects.
- As and when to take on new assignments.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Must have relevant experience in ELV System (Security Access Control System, PA, Fire Alarm system, Structured cabling, & etc.)
- Have strong knowledge in designing a system for ELV security system
- Able to manage an ELV engineering projects cycle independently with minimum supervision
