Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales operations, including order processing (quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoicing).
- Handle high volumes of customer inquiries, providing effective solutions and excellent support.
- Actively source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and connect with key external customer contacts.
- Coordinate and support projects with the lead manager, ensuring they stay on schedule and follow agreed plans.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of relevant reports and documents.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Business or a related field, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred exposure to computer hardware, software, or maintenance contracts.
- Motivated to develop consultative sales skills and support team targets.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Bilingual in MANDARIN and ENGLISH to communicate Mandarin-speaking customers.
