Salary: Up to $3700
Duration: 2 year contract
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
Available Locations:
- Bukit Panjang Plaza
- Lot 1 (Choa Chu Kang)
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, updated and accurate manner.
- Assist with sourcing and purchasing duties.
- Prepare invoices, data key-in and submission of regularly scheduled reports.
- Coordinate paperwork relating to meter reading, carpark system, M&E services and other operational processes.
- Assist in the documentation for handling of renovation works and reinstatement cases.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration and/or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Administration.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Organized, meticulous and independent.
