Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of HR duties including compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, training and development, recruitment and selection and insurances related to HR with focus on compensation and benefits.
  • Administer work pass application, issuance, renewal and cancellation.
  • Manage and handle letter correspondences relating to HR such as Employment Contracts, Acceptance of resignation, confirmation letters and so on.
  • Timely submission of payroll bank transfers, CPF submission, IR21 and IR8A submission.
  • Timely submission of Government Survey.
  • Submission and monitoring of statutory claims such as NS make-up pay, government paid leave and so on.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirement.
  • Consolidate yearly Performance Management, Bonus and Salary Adjustment exercises.
  • Renewal of yearly insurance (H&S, GPA, WICA, D&O, TRAVEL).
  • Maintaining of P-file, prepare monthly headcount report and costing report including leave administration.
  • All Onboarding and Offboarding matters such as arrange exit interview and preparation of all exist documents/forms.
  • Verification of medical bills from company’s doctors and to update company’s doctor portal (Healthway) to include and cease new joins and resignees respectively.
  • Liaise with payroll vendor on all matters such as annual licensing and maintenance renewal.
  • Attending to internal and external payroll audit.
  • Support Tender department’s request on manpower costings for projects tendering.
  • Covering of receptionist duties as and when needed.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties being assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or any equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
  • Good knowledge in Employment Acts, Singapore regulations and Best Practices.
  • Meticulous, well-organized and able to multi-task.
  • Experience in payroll software especially, Easypay.
  • IT Savvy and strong in VLookup and Pivot tables
  • Prior experience in Construction industry preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective team-player with positive attitude.
