Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial leadership, business development, or sales in the renewable energy or utilities sector.
- Deep understanding of renewable energy technologies and market trends, including regulatory and environmental considerations.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successfully managing profit & loss for a global corporation.
- Extensive experience working with government officials / C-suite stakeholders and strategic partners, particularly for a corporation with global footprint.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams across different geographies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual with proficiency in English and Business Chinese (as frequent interaction with China stakeholders are expected).
- Frequent international travel is required for land evaluations and meetings with government authorities.
