Our Client is the world's largest Furniture Manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Guidelines: Partner with agencies to create brand guidelines reflecting Company's values, mission, and positioning.
- Franchisee Package: Develop a comprehensive package with operational manuals, marketing assets, and training materials.
- In-Store Concept & VM Standards: Define in-store brand concepts and visual merchandising standards for consistency.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align franchise package with legal, operational, and marketing standards.
- Operations Training: Design training on operations, brand standards, and customer service.
- Training Materials: Create easy-to-follow materials and interactive modules.
- Continuous Improvement: Update training based on feedback to ensure consistency.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies through digital/offline channels.
- Content & Campaigns: Create franchise-focused marketing content and campaigns.
- Pipeline Management: Track leads from initial interest to conversion.
- Market Research: Identify key demographics and regions to optimize strategies.
- KPI Tracking: Monitor KPIs for lead generation, brand awareness, and training.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead conversion and training outcomes.
- Continuous Optimization: Adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in project management, brand development, franchise development, or retail training, with expertise in lead generation and training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong project management, brand, franchise, or training development experience.
- Proficiency in lead generation strategy, CRM, and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and training design abilities for clear, effective franchisee materials.
- Analytical skills to track KPIs and optimize lead generation, branding, and training strategies.
