RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a small team of Service Engineers in the provisioin of comprehensive range of technical after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair plus preventive maintenance plans for laboratory/ hospital infrastructures or research/ analytical equipment in the medical imaging industry;
- Provide technical consultation to customers;
- Respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline;
- Prepare service reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of relevant technical work experience in service/ maintenance;
- Possess people management and technical experience in similar industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Charismatic leader with ability to work independently and as a team player;
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen;
- Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage
