- Should be able to service Cooling Tower, Pumps, AHU, FCU, DX SPLIT and chemical cleaning.
- Should be able to replace bearings and pulley for AHU, FCU, Cooling tower motor and blower.
- Should be able to Open pumps (CHWP & CWP), AHU, FCU strainers
- Should be able to troubleshoot motor faults.
- Require control panel troubles shooting knowledge.
- Must be able to use AutoCAD.
- Knowledge in air-conditioning, ducting, piping, etc.
- Should be able to do Ducting Calculations. Must have ability to write / understand engineering reports.
- Relevant site experience.
