We are looking for Customer service officer to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.
Job Description:
- Handle phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers as promised and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate issues to management as needed for resolution.
- Prepare and process requests such as policy summaries and beneficiary info accurately.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet service request requirements.
- Deliver service requests according to established standards.
- Take on additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 'A' Levels or a Diploma with relevant work experience.
- Candidates with live-chat experiences are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly and positive demeanor.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous.
- High integrity, accountable for work, with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
