Job Description:
Provide admin assistance for finance work in. The responsibilities include:
- Scanning documents
- Conversion of files into the appropriate formats
- Email between parties via emails
- Perform data entry in spreadsheets and online forms
- Any other ad-hoc duties tasked by Head Corporate Support Divisions
Requirements:
- Able to use Microsoft office application proficiently, specifically Excel.
- Able to send and reply to emails via Outlook.
- Have some background in finance-related work.
- Able to use scanner.
