Contract Work hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4.00pm; Fridays: 7.00am to 3.30pm
Job scope:
- Receiving visitors and render assistance to contractors/ vendors.
- Render assistance to walk-in pupils’ needs and simple non-life threatening first-aid support at the sickbay.
- Handle situations when pupils vomit and soil their clothes, loan of uniforms, ad-hoc sewing of buttons on uniform, etc.
- Print and pass the Early Dismissal Form to parents.
- Handing phone calls on queries, feedbacks and requests.
- Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mails and deliveries. (record, sort & distribute daily mail).
- Maintain resource files required for counter duty.
- Maintain the forms cabinet in the office. All forms must be current and to be replenished constantly.
- Operate office equipment like fax, photocopier, etc.
- Ad-hoc simple administrative duties that may be assigned by the school.
Requirements:
- GCE “O” level certification;
- Must be proficient in spoken English;
- Proficient in word-processing and spreadsheet software, eg Microsoft Word and Excel;
- A team-player who is organized, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task;
