Position Summary / Project Description


Healthtech industry. This is for the central patch Management Service under the Systems Technologies which focuses on using BigFix for patch deployment, compliance, and reporting.


Roles And Responsibilities

  • Oversees the entire operation and understands how to use the tools & reports.
  • In charge of the BigFix infrastructure, including servers, relays, SQL and updating of the software infrastructure.
  • Control access to BigFix components.
  • Work with various process owners and teams to develop and implement proposed ideas and automate repeatable tasks related to patch management.
  • Develops custom reports for stakeholders.
  • Setting up content for distribution to endpoints.
  • Creates baselines, writes custom fixlets and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain groups inside of BigFix.

Requirements / Qualifications


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Proficient in BigFix architecture.
  • Minimum 6 years and above of relevant hands-on experience in system operation support and project management.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating complex incidents and deep underlying issues to identify root cause.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills to diagnose and address application problems
  • Result and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities.
