Our client is one of the leader in the manufacturing industry, they are seeking for a driven individual to manage the database system.
Location: North Bridge road
1 year contract
Salary up to $5500
Main Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis of Bills of Material, Pricing and Spend Reports.
- Maintain and Generate Reports on Spend, Pricing, Cost Savings Activities
- Support and Implement tracking of Sustainability Programs
- Create Reports based on LEGO Data using Microsoft Access and/or other IT Tools
- Design, build, and implement a database using Microsoft Access or other software to capture and manage business information.
- Structure tables, relationships, and data integrity rules to ensure organized and reliable data storage.
- Automated reports and dashboards
- Adminstrative work : updating of database and other adhoc duties
Key Skillsets:
- Good Analytical Skills
- Excellent Computer Skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
- Ability to manipulate huge data set using excel, power query or any form of tools.
- background in Electronics industry will be an advantage
- Proficiency in creating forms, queries, reports, and macros
- Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively
