Job description
• Engage users to understand strategic and operational needs, capture requirements, identify gaps and translate these into solutions.
• Provide daily applications support and perform administrator functions such as user management, security management, etc.
• Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and trends.
• Conduct regular user trainings as well as reviews and revise training materials.
• Manage business applications related projects, including requirement gathering, user acceptance tests, data migration, and ad-hoc assignments.
• Provide ad-hoc support to other application systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, HRMS, etc, when needed.
• Manage 3rd party vendors and consultants to achieve holistic outcome/ goal.
• Develop SOP, user guides, training materials and systems documentations and ensure these are up-to date.
• Provide assistance in planning, design, research and acquisition of new or upgraded business applications.
• Prepare reports/ dashboards for IT department.
• Continuous work improvement in operational efficiency through automation scripts, implementation of new technology and knowledge sharing.
• Be a role model, to lead by example in workplace and provide guidance to junior colleagues.

Job Requirements
Minimum Education / Qualifications
• Diploma/ Degree in Information systems or equivalent.
Minimum Years of Relevant Experience
• 2 years’ experiences in CMS for Healthcare or Eldercare, business applications support and project implementation.
Knowledge/Skills
• Experiences in analyzing, designing and implementing information systems and strong passion in business processes.
• Experiences in end-to-end Healthcare and Eldercare processes (e.g. Referral, Admission, Case Management, Attendance Management, Incident Management, Fee Management, Discharge, etc).
• Experiences in project, incident, change and risk management.
• Basic experience in software development and programming languages (e.g. Java, .Net, Apex, HTML, etc).
• Basic understanding in NetSuite/ SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HRMS, Power Platform, Business Intelligence and workflow tool (e.g. Nintex) would be an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, various Windows applications, web applications, and mobile applications.
