Primary Functions:
- Provide high-quality technical and maintenance support for products distributed by Netpoleon Solutions.
- Ensure clients receive optimal support and resolve escalated customer complaints independently.
- Document troubleshooting steps and participate in customer training as needed.
Requirements:
- Quick learner with new technologies; resourceful and able to work independently or in a team.
- Action-oriented with strong customer focus; takes initiative and meets deadlines.
- Ownership of technical issues, collaborating with principals for advanced problem resolution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent phone manner.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, OSI layers, network security, DNS, routing, and switching.
- Good troubleshooting skills; ability to be on 24/7 standby calls.
- Additional Requirements (Preferred):
- Experience with CyberArk Solutions and firewalls (Checkpoint, Barracuda, WatchGuard).
- Knowledge of networking products (routers, switches), operating systems (Windows, Linux), and security products (IDS/IPS).
- Familiarity with authentication methods (RSA SecurID, LDAP) and programming/scripting languages.
- Certifications such as Check Point CCSE, Cisco CCNA/CCNP are advantageous.
