We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure the efficiency of our administrative functions. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing day-to-day office activities, supervising administrative staff, and collaborating with other departments to maintain a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff to ensure effective performance and team productivity.
- Oversee office operations, including scheduling, supplies management, and maintenance.
- Coordinate internal and external communication and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Prepare and monitor budgets for administrative expenses, and ensure adherence to budget limits.
- Maintain and update company records, files, and databases, ensuring data security and accessibility.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Liaise with other departments and senior management to support business needs and resolve issues.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and presentations.
- Manage procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative or managerial roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
