Administrative Manager

S.k. Works & Engineering Services Private Limited

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure the efficiency of our administrative functions. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing day-to-day office activities, supervising administrative staff, and collaborating with other departments to maintain a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise administrative staff to ensure effective performance and team productivity.
  • Oversee office operations, including scheduling, supplies management, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets for administrative expenses, and ensure adherence to budget limits.
  • Maintain and update company records, files, and databases, ensuring data security and accessibility.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with other departments and senior management to support business needs and resolve issues.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and presentations.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative or managerial roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Skills:Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
    Budget management experience and analytical skills.
  • Attributes:High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    Problem-solving aptitude and proactive attitude.
    Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
