Job Description:
- Accurately create, manage, and maintain sales orders within the accounting system, ensuring all details are entered meticulously.
- Collaborate with various sales departments to ensure seamless order processing from start to finish.
- Monitor inventory levels to verify stock availability and proactively address potential shortages to meet order requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order confirmations, updates, and promptly address any issues or inquiries.
- Maintain and organize all order-related documentation for quick retrieval and reference, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Conduct uality checks to ensure all orders are processed accurately and meet company standards for fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in order processing in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare and present reports on order processing performance and key metrics to Senior Management and Heads of Departments.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure the order processing system is up-to-date and functioning correctly; address any technical issues that arise.
- Perform other related ad hoc duties as assigned.
