Responsibilities
Provide admin assistance for finance work in CAD. The responsibilities include:
- Scanning documents
- Conversion of files into the appropriate formats
- Email between parties via emails
- Perform data entry in spreadsheets and online forms
- Any other ad-hoc duties tasked by Head Corporate Support Divisions
Requirements
- Possess relevant admin experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player
