Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for addressing customer issues, ensuring proactive and effective account management.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers while fostering collaboration across different departments.
- Contribute to the preparation of bids, playing a role in the success of customer engagements.
- Provide insights to enhance revenue through strategic approaches aligned with existing business models.
- Collaborate with global accounts, participating in operational reviews and KPI assessments.
- Offer troubleshooting support and guidance to the global operations team.
- Swiftly escalate and resolve customer concerns within defined timelines.
- Work closely with various teams, including sales, customer service, billing, and operations.
- Update and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while sharing and promoting best practices.
- Assist in vendor sourcing initiatives aimed at reducing costs and improving operational efficiency.
