- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and process quotes, along with other sales-related documentation for airfreight, seafreight, logistics, and cross-border transport (CBT).
- Generate weekly and/or monthly reports.
- Troubleshoot issues such as damaged cargo, billing discrepancies, and other logistics concerns related to airfreight, seafreight, and CBT.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including outdoor sales, operations, finance, and customer service.
- Work closely with outdoor sales to generate new business and maintain existing customer relationships.
