Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement plans and processes in alignment with policy and scheme design.
- Create cross-agency and public communications content, including briefings, media releases, eDMs, webpages, FAQs, etc., for the scheme’s public launch, coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Review and suggest user-focused improvements to enhance the customer experience across the scheme’s digital touchpoints, including webpages, notifications, FAQs, and user screens.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned to support policy outcomes and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Only Singaporean!
- Degree in Mass Communication/ Marketing or any related field.
- Proficiency in designing tools (Canva/Adobe Suite) to design collaterals.
- UX/UI, marketing, public relations experience will be a plus!
