Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Process payroll and benefits accurately and timely.
- Foster positive employee relations and resolve HR issues.
- Implement performance management and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management
- 3- 5 years experienced in Full spectrum of Human Resources.
- IHRS - Certified personnel will be highly advantage
