The Role
- Ensure the smooth operations of taxi stands at airport terminals.
- Manage and control passenger flow at taxi queuing areas.
- Assist passengers while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and safety standards.
- Coordinate and report any issues or incidents to management.
- Perform additional duties as required by management.
