Responsibilities:
- Provide receptionist and cashiering duties
- Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into the computer system
- Carry high level of customer service
- Attend to phone calls, coordinate appointments, and other administrative duties
- Be competent and efficient with insurance claim processes
Requirements:
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma, GCE A/O qualification
- Experience in clinic setting and customer service will be advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Clinic support (Plato)
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have experience with insurance claims
