JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Support operations administrative tasks like p-file, prepare & verify attendance, issuance of PPE and etc.
- Process and responsible for full cycles of monthly payroll processing on time.
- Process employees' claims, IR8A, IR21 and all other related tax forms and filings.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation preparation and employee exit management.
- Assist in company certification/licence renewal.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates without payroll experience are welcome to apply.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and is meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
