Job Description:
1. Manage a portfolio of existing client contracts, ensuring timely renewal and negotiation of pricing and scope adjustments.
2. Conduct comprehensive analysis of client needs and current contract terms to develop tailored renewal proposals.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to finalize contract terms and pricing structures.
4. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance contract value and drive revenue growth.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract renewals, pricing agreements, and client interactions in the CRM system.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the renewal process, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. 7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position our services and solutions.
8. Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators related to contract renewals and revenue generation.
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Business/Supply Chain/Logistics or similar w min 1-2 yrs of relevant experience
