Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration and documentation for Ship to Ship (STS) operations, including certificates, permits, and reports.
- Facilitate coordination of documents, billings, and communications between departments and vessels.
- Maintain and update STS records, including transfer logs and regulatory filings.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of shipping documentation with relevant regulations.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents and bills as required.
