As part of the team, we are looking for Data Entry Clerk.
Job Description
- To perform data entry into the accurately input and update data in the content management system
- Provide Data Entry to support department team an ensure smooth running of administrative matters
- Compiling and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible and checking output
- Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Creating accurate spreadsheets
- Provides administrative support to ensure an efficient office operation
- Great knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel
- Perform other ad-hoc duties that are being assigned and when required
Requirements
- Minimum O-Level with at least 1 year of relevant data entry work experience preferably in manufacturing industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Team player & supportive of the operational needs
- 5 days work week
