Job Description
1. System Management:
- Assist in maintaining the Resource Booking Service (RBS).
2. Logistics & Inventory Management:
- Track and manage ICT/AVA resources (e.g., iPads, Microsoft Surface Pro, printers).
- Perform stock-takes and update inventory for audit purposes.
- Maintain repair and loan records for ICT/AVA equipment.
3. Daily Operations Support (AVA & IT):
- Assist in planning and implementing ICT programs (staff development, learning journeys, cyber wellness, etc.).
- Support ICT/AVA infrastructure projects, including vendor management and progress reporting.
- Gather school’s ICT/AVA needs and recommend solutions.
- Implement preventive maintenance for IT & AVA equipment.
- Assist in administrative tasks for the purchase and disposal of AVA/ICT equipment.
- Provide AV/IT support for school events (e.g., online streaming).
- Troubleshoot school-owned and student-owned devices (Chromebooks, iPads, Windows, and iOS).
- Advise students on using devices and online learning systems.
- Support Home-Based Learning logistics and online learning portal systems.
- Set up classroom and exam equipment (e.g., portable speakers).
- Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in daily operations.
Job Requirement
- Education: Polytechnic Diploma in IT or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in AV/IT support, troubleshooting (Chrome OS, iOS, Windows), inventory management, and video/photo editing.
- Additional Skills:Knowledge of Chrome OS and Chromebook functionality.
Strong troubleshooting and support skills for AV/IT equipment in an educational environment.
