Role Description
· Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients through scheduled customer visits and effective communication.
· Cultivate robust business connections to generate new sales opportunities.
· Monitor market trends and forecast sales volumes to proactively adapt strategies.
· Deliver impactful sales presentations to effectively persuade potential customers.
· Enhance customer loyalty by providing professional after-sales support.
· Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and protect the company's reputation.
· Negotiate agreements, monitor payments, and maintain comprehensive sales and data records.
· Regularly update and maintain reports for the management team.
· Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned on an ad-hoc basis
Role Requirements:
· Hold Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering or a related discipline.
· Have a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, particularly in the marine and offshore heavy equipment and crane industry.
· Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships.
· Exhibit a strong drive for professional growth and possess notable leadership qualities.
· Able to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
· Possession of a car and a valid Class 3 driver's license is preferred.
