Sales and Marketing Executive


Responsibilities (Sales-focused):

  • Proactively visit existing and new specialist doctors to establish strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Actively generate new business by introducing doctors to our imaging MRI centres, driving referrals, and ensuring sustained partnerships.
  • Cultivate relationships with key channel suppliers (insurance companies, specialist & GP clinics) to foster long-term collaboration and business growth.
  • Identify and develop B2B and B2C customer segments to expand the customer base and increase sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and pricing research to stay competitive and capitalize on market trends.

Responsibilities (Marketing-focused):

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Ensure the timely rollout of marketing plans, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Build brand awareness through promotional packages, online content, and outreach efforts.
  • Research market demand for products/services and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Compile and maintain comprehensive product/service offerings lists for both internal and external distribution.

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales or marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.
  • Candidates with a good sales track record without healthcare experience will be considered Self-motivated with the drive to meet and introduce new doctors to the centre.
  • Results-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in customer service or the healthcare industry is a plus
  • ble to work independently with minimum supervision
