As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our leadership team. This is a key role in driving the growth and success of the company, overseeing day-to-day operations while also playing a pivotal role in shaping our long-term strategic direction.


Job Overview:


As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company’s operations. This includes overseeing business development, operational efficiency, financial performance, and employee engagement. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to formulate and implement strategies that drive business growth, enhance operational excellence, and maximize profitability.


The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a strong track record of managing and scaling businesses, excellent strategic thinking abilities, and a passion for driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s business strategy in alignment with organizational goals and market trends. Lead the planning and execution of key business initiatives and growth opportunities.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across all departments. Implement process improvements where needed.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Work with the finance team to ensure profitability and financial health.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive work culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and results. Oversee talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
  • Business Development & Client Relations: Cultivate relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to enhance business opportunities. Represent the company in negotiations, presentations, and external events.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the company operates in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company’s interests.
  • Reporting & Performance Metrics: Regularly report to the executive team on business performance, progress on strategic objectives, and any areas for improvement or additional focus.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior management role, preferably as a General Manager, Managing Director, or similar position. Experience in similar industry is a plus.
  • Strong track record of successfully managing and scaling offshore businesses in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and financial literacy.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage complex projects effectively.
  • Experience in managing budgets, setting financial goals, and driving profitability.
  • Hands-on, results-driven approach with the ability to lead by example.
