Job Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for site and office staff, manage adjustments for overtime and allowances, and address payroll inquiries promptly.
- Track site attendance and work hours, verify with supervisors, and report discrepancies to HR and project managers.
- Maintain accurate employee records, manage lifecycle documentation, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with data regulations.
- Ensure HR compliance with laws, prepare key metric reports, and assist with payroll audits
- Manage correspondence, including emails and calls, and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers
- Any other ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in HR, Business or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively between site workers, supervisors, and HR management.
