1. Set programme management framework
- Provide inputs and support to develop programme management framework, tools, and systems.
- Design training programmes for effective application of the framework.
- Support governance of programme management framework through audits.
- Guide Project Managers in adopting the framework.
2. Develop programme plan
- Create integrated programme plans, including detailed activities, resource planning, and cost estimation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish programme goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Review programme plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, and procedures.
- Acquire programme requirements such as human resources, information, agreements, and technology.
- Guide Project Managers to align plans with programme objectives.
- Set expectations for periodic and milestone reviews, including status reports and risk identification.
3. Manage teams
- Oversee team management, including budgets, forecasting, work allocations, and staffing.
- Develop staff through coaching, mentoring, and career discussions.
- Define common goals, direction, and accountability among staff.
- Implement effective performance management practices in line with organizational policies.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent discipline
- 5~6 years of SAP consulting or related module operation experience
- Experience in operating S4HANA PCE, BTP platforms, SAP SaaS based solutions – SuccessFactors, SAP CX, Concur will be advantageous
- Excellent written and communication skills in both English and Korean will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Workflow with a strong grasp of IT technologies, methodologies, and architectures.
- Strong business process and analytical skills, ability to understand complex requirements, and effective communication with all management levels, users, and vendors.
