As a HR Manager with QXY Resources, you play a key role in developing the human capital capabilities within the organisation to support the scaling up of the business. growth. You will be actively partnering Business Units to address their HR needs and working closely with Management to enhance employee engagement and organization effectiveness.
Responsibilities
· Lead/participate in HR projects to drive continuous improvement and relevancy
· Partnering with business leaders on workforce planning and assess talent gap
· Establish required competencies and skill levels which ultimately improves the performance of the organization.
· Manage Performance, including planning and facilitating performance appraisals
· Develop and facilitate recruitment process to scout for talents to meet business needs
· Manage Training and Development Plans
· Manage and oversee HR Operations
· Manage dispute resolutions with win-win and balance approach.
· Leads investigations and implement remediation actions as needed
· Collect and Analyse key workforce analytics for business decision.
· Manage on-boarding, confirmation, promotion and off-boarding processes
· Keeping abreast with new HR initiatives and regulations/ policies, and review Company’s HR policy from time to time.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field or possess an HR professional certification.
· Minimum 7 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resource functions in a managerial capacity with track record of past achievements
· In-depth knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices
· Resilience and resourcefulness in resolving HR issues.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read and write English and mandarin
· Possess high integrity and professional code of ethics and be self-motivated
