Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all works related to M&E Quantity Surveyor duties.
• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on progress claim.
• Prepare subcontract documents and purchasing agreements.
• Preparing cost estimation and identify variation works.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in construction Building/ Data centre projects.
