Call Centre Agent
Working days: 5days (Mon-Fri)
Working hours: Rotate shift (9am-7pm/ 10am-8pm)
Working Locations: One Sim Lane (Aljunied) / Changi
Salary: $3000 - $3500
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound & outbound collection calls in a call centre environment.
• Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely action is taken to achieve collection targets on behalf of clients from the financial institutions, telcom support service providers, healthcare & commercial portfolios.
• To adopt collection best practices & apply relevant collections strategies to enhance effectiveness.
• Arrange & negotiate payment with customers.
• Perform administrative duties, enquiries & account monitoring.
• Update & maintain the credit collection system.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
