Accounts Assistant / Associate
Your professional designations are as follows:
i. Accounts Assistant -> Corporate Services Executive
ii. Associate -> Corporate Services Senior Executive
Job Description:
With supervision from the senior, managers and partners, your primary focus is to ensure that the accounting, corporate secretarial, tax and related assignments are executed based on the relevant professional requirements.
You will have the opportunity to use of robotic process automation (RPA) technology to prepare reports and schedules that are to be delivered to the clients and other external parties.
You shall be responsible to prepare the following deliverables for clients and other external stakeholders:
- Full set of management accounts, unaudited financial statements or consolidated financial statements and business activity reports
- Perform financial accounting and corporate reporting activities;
- Prepare and submit GST return and tax computations
You will also contribute as a team member, assuming shared responsibilities, providing support and managing effective communication with fellow colleagues on a regular basis.
Finally, you are responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
Job Requirements:
● Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification under the ACCA, ICAEW and SCA schemes
● Proactive, committed and a team player
● Possess initiative and ability to work independently
● No experience required
