Accounting

  • Manage month-end and year-end accounting close procedures (GL, AP, AR, Balance sheet reconciliations, Financial analysis & commentaries, etc)
  • Lead annual financial forecast preparation and reviews
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standard, as well as internal financial control standards
  • Manage treasury and cash management functions.
  • Maintain internal control over accounting records, payments, accruals and receipts
  • Prepare service fee and other billings to inter-companies.
  • Prepare financial reports for statutory auditing, tax filling and other regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax advisors and regulators.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned
  • Submit CPF contribution
  • Handle local staff and Foreign Workers' payroll

Admin

  • Apply Renew & Issue of work permit. Arrange SOC & required courses for the workers
  • Dormitory check in & check out
  • Update staff & workers leave application
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Distribute and mailing documents.
  • Develop and maintain a filling system
  • Update and maintain office policies, procedures, insurance and contact list.
  • Maintain office supplies.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Strong proficiency in excel
  • Meticulous, detailed, independent as well as a team player
