Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive advertising and promotional plans to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative teams, to develop marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, conduct market research, and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage advertising budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure all advertising and promotional materials are compliant with regulations.
- Utilize various advertising channels, including print, digital, and social media, to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of advertising and promotional campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Supervise and mentor advertising and promotions team members, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in advertising and promotions, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and other emerging marketing trends and technologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and advertising
- Able to work on weekend and public holiday
- Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.
