You will be responsible for :
- Sustainability in building - Energy , materials
- Green Rating tools - LEED etc
- Project Management- certification
Ideal Candidate
- Manage Green Rating process of projects and ensure target achievement, such as LEED, etc.
- Building Mechanical experience, Chiller Plant , Energy Audit including dynamic simulation. familiar with energy modeling software
- Project management for local and overseas projects (e.g. design, computation, M&E, facilitation & advisory, etc.)
- Good project management and organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Prepare reports and presentations for project submissions.
- Conduct all necessary calculations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, etc.
