Job Responsibilities:
· Assist Project Manager to supervise project(s) comprising design, purchasing, quality control, production, and commercial.
· Coordinating drawings approval between classification, designer, and third parties
· Recommend, review & approved design specific cation
· Responsible for the execution of works control as per the project schedule that is planned by the Project Manager or himself
· Clients facing from start to end of the project be it site inspection/feasibility/visits, operational requirements such as solar system design and execution
· Vendors management to ensure project on schedule
· Provide inputs on accomplished schedules, manpower, machinery, and equipment status to the Project Manager as well as project progress reports
· Costs benefits analysis on proposed projects designs and suggesting cost reduction analysis for solar systems
· Administrative files and documentation where applicable
Job Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in mechanical/structural/civil/related engineering discipline/renewable energy
· Min. 2 years of relevant experience in the similar industry/fields handling HDB related projects/renewable energy/solar photovoltaic
· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts clearly & effectively
· Effectively bilingual to liaise with non-English speaking clients
· Proactive, energetic, adaptable, analytical &problem-solving abilities
