Job Scope:
1. Migration of LEARN platform
2. Migration of PA intranet to SharePoint 2.0
3. Creation of training modules via LEARN platform on HR-related policies to address misconceptions and common queries from client staff.
4. Design of HR-related communication materials via client's internal comms platforms
5. Curating and updating of HR-related contents on client's Intranet.
6. Administrative support for centralised trainings for officers (e.g. data up-keeping, collating of responses and consolidating information from various resources for better overview and tracking, updating of officers’ training records etc.)
7. Any other duties assigned
Working Arrangement:
Working Location: Jalan Besar
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 9am to 6.30pm
Friday 9am to 6pm
Salary: $2000-$4000/Month
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Job Requirements:
- Tech-Savvy and knows how to use Microsoft especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Preferably with digital design knowledge (e.g. using Canva) and has experience in creating e-learning contents using software such as Articulate Rise 360
