Construction Engineer
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a diploma in civil engineering/ construction / or any related field.
· At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Meticulous with good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
· Must have experience with landed homes
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the overall control of project quality and technical work, implementation of major technical decisions and technical plans.
· Solve technical problems at the construction site and monitor the quality of ongoing works
· Ensure safety compliance and quality control
· Management of construction site workers
· Managing and coordinating with different sub-contractors and suppliers and all relevant parties
· Inspection of site to monitor progress and assess conformance to engineering plans, specifications and construction standards.
· Monitor schedules for projects to keep progress on track
· Understand and interpret drawings and specifications
· Uphold and enforce current BCA regulations
