1. Must be able to speak and read English.
2. Must be able to cook North Indian dishes, Tandoori items, Roti Prata and all local indian dishes.
3. Must be a team player.
4. Must be punctual, polite and report on time.
5. Will be chiefly responsible for creating new recipes and overall ordering of the restaurant.
6. Must head a team of chefs already working in the restaurant.
7. Budgeting and indenting knowledge is an added advantage.
8. Must be heading outdoor caterings whenever required.
